Being a WWF (GFTN INDIA) member we are aware of the ecological , social and economical consequences of illegal logging , degradation and deforestation. We have taken steps and actively participate in promoting responsible and sustainable timber trade practices. Royal Wood Crafts personally owns a 21 acres of land and have planted a variety of trees like Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus marginata), Poplar(Populus alba) , Teak (Tectona Grandis) , Mango (Mangifera indica) , Guava (Psidium guajava) , Lime (Citrus aurantifolia), Jamun (Syzygium cumini). , Bel (Aegle marmeloe), Imli(Tamarindus indica), Sheesham ( Dalbergia sisso) and Neem ( Azadirachta indica) in the year 2003 and 2010 by a well planned management plan to support the industry in long run. The area has a water hole which is fed by water regularly to support biodiversity within the area.Besides, some local herbs have also been planted there.
Considering atglobal warming as a serious problem, we have changed old mechanized and high oil consuming generators to modern low noise lower pollution automatic generator .This is a good relief to our workers in close proximities as well as our neighbors.
